QuickView Mortgage Software also includes a Loan (Open House) Information Flyer program, as well as a PreQualification interface. With the Loan Flyer module, you can generate a four-column report which gives a breakdown of each loan program you wish to display. Each loan program can be pulled from your Template Database, so it only takes a few seconds to fill each column with the program, rate, term, and fees you want. You can insert your own contact information such as Loan Officer name, Real Estate Agent, etc. In addition, QuickView allows you to "import" your own graphics into the Loan Flyer, so company logos, house pictures, scanned photos and other images can be placed in various regions of the final printout. Legal disclaimers can be added as well. |

The PreQualification module (also included with QuickView) allows you to input Borrower income and debt in order to determine "how much" house they can afford. It will automatically calculate the required variables, such as property taxes, hazard and mortgage insurance, down payment, etc. If the borrower knows how much they want to spend ahead of time, you can enter the desired monthly payment and let QuickView tell you what the maximum Sales Price can be and what their ratios will be. Or, if you want to max out their monthly payment, you can enter the desired ratios and let QuickView tell you how much their PITI and Sales Price should be. If doing a Refi, you can even enter the estimated Property Value and let QuickView tell you how big of loan they can afford. Or you can work backwards (with the single click of a button) and let QuickView tell you how much the Property Value NEEDS to be in order to qualify them based on their income and desired ratios. There are many ways to quickly and efficiently prequalify a borrower using QuickView Mortgage Software. You can even use (or create new) Loan Templates to help speed up the process...which makes a difference if you're on the phone talking with a potential client, or perhaps have someone sitting in front of you. Also, once you are done with the Qualification process, you can print the information to hand the borrower or save for future reference. |
